Local Governments are Invited to Apply for Designation as a 2015-2017 Citizen-Engaged Community
Now in its sixth year, PTI's Citizen-Engaged Communities is a designation program for cities and counties that recognizes excellence in multi-channel communications and citizen contact centers. The designation program identifies best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, 311 systems, web portal technology, telephony systems and mobile communications infrastructure.
The deadline for local governments to apply for designation as a Citizen-Engaged Community is October 31, 2015. Download the 2015-2017 Application here.
