Technology Management Consulting: Provide local governments with strategic and technical guidance with a team of industry experts.

Executives-On-Loan: These teams bring together officials who have addressed similar problems to share their insights and make recommendations in a particular problem area.

Surveys: Can be designed to help you define your most pressing constituent service delivery issues, identify key barriers to technology implementation, examine internal service issues and determine customer needs.

PTI’s Executive-On-Loan Program (often referred to as SWOT teams) consists of local government officials who have experience in resolving difficult problems in key operational areas.

These executives are experienced subject matter professionals from within local government, and consultants from PTI’s pool of technology industry partners. They share their insight and expertise and work with you to solve the issue you are trying to address.
