Technology Management Consulting: Provide local governments with strategic and technical guidance with a team of industry experts.
Executives-On-Loan: These teams bring together officials who have addressed similar problems to share their insights and make recommendations in a particular problem area.

At PTI’s annual Technology Leadership Conference, elected officials, appointed officials and representatives from the technology industry come together to network, share best practices and learn about the latest technology issues and innovations that will affect local governments.
PTI is developing a new IPTV network called GoGovTV. It will provide governments with a remarkably cost-effective interactive video/voice information and training system.
PTI is in the planning stages to offer a hosted one hour, bi-monthly series of technology-related training programs that members can take advantage of for free.
Recognizing that the function of the local government CIO is expanding and the skills that the CIO needs to be an effective leader are changing dramatically, PTI will launch a high-level Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) program targeting CIOs and technology managers in local government.
This project will involve the active partnership and experience of the Florida Institute of Government.

Technology Solutions Awards recognize city and county governments that can demonstrate how they have applied technology to improve the delivery of services to constituents, reduced costs or generated new revenues.
Innovation Lab recognition is a "mark of excellence" for the proven, successful deployment of a technology solution or practice. PTI members are invited to apply for this recognition throughout the year.
