Technology Management Consulting: Provide local governments with strategic and technical guidance with a team of industry experts.
Executives-On-Loan: These teams bring together officials who have addressed similar problems to share their insights and make recommendations in a particular problem area.
Surveys: Can be designed to help you define your most pressing constituent service delivery issues, identify key barriers to technology implementation, examine internal service issues and determine customer needs.

PTI’s GoGovTV webinars provide governments with a remarkably cost-effective education and training service.
Recognizing that the function of the local government CIO is expanding and the skills that the CIO needs to be an effective leader are changing dramatically, PTI has established a certified government CIO program (CGCIO™) in conjunction with Rutgers University’s School of Public Affairs & Administration.

PTI’s Awards & Recognition programs highlight what leading local governments are doing. Programs include:
Technology Solutions Awards recognize city and county governments that can demonstrate how they have applied technology to improve the delivery of services to constituents, reduced costs or generated new revenues.
Innovation Lab recognition is a "mark of excellence" for the proven, successful deployment of a technology solution or practice. PTI members are invited to apply for this recognition throughout the year.
