New update and CIO publishing opportunities

I’m pleased to report on a few key developments regarding our book CIO Leadership for Cities & Counties – Emerging Trends and Practices.

First, our book is now available in a hardcover edition! The hardcover looks great and is selling for $38.00 a copy.

Second, we now have three universities who have committed to using the book as a text. Rutgers University, Florida Institute of Government (part of FSU) and University of North Carolina.

Third, we are begin planning in earnest for a PTI/Rutgers University CIO Certification program to be offered mostly online!

Many of you have asked what is next by way of publishing. Well, I would love to hear from you on this subject. Under consideration is a sequel for CIO Leadership for State Government and CIO Leadership for Higher Education. Thoughts?
